IPhone Button Repair
Using AssistiveTouch works fine as a temporary solution, but it's better to repair the button later. Fortunately, it is relatively inexpensive. So, for the iPhone 5S, the cost of replacing the power button is about $20. You can try to do it yourself, but you need to have certain skills and tools.
