Will this work for a 128GB Flash Drive ....

I have a 2014 Ford Flex and it has 2 USB ports.  I downloaded some music from CD and then tried to play it on the car stereo using the USB port.  If I use GUIFORMAT32 to reformat to FAT32, will GUI be able to handle the 128 gig drive?
